Individual session - 55min - $150 for self-pay, United Healthcare, UBH, UMR, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance accepted. Trauma-informed art therapy services to manage symptoms, process histories, reframe self-stories, and empower futures.
Groups- 110 min - 12 week groups include art materials. Insurance can cover the cost of group art therapy, self pay options are also available.
Caregivers Support Group- for anyone caring for a loved one; parents who are caring for high-needs children, those caring for aging parents, or caring for family members with mental health challenges.
Survivors Stitching Group- sewing, mending, handwork techniques and story sharing for adults who experienced any trauma, sexual assault, or abuse.
