I accept United Healthcare, UBH, UMR, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna insurance at this time.
I offer a reduced rate for BIPOC and others who have been excluded because of their appearance, sexuality, or other reasons. People who have experienced discrimination and oppression are often in need of mental health care. The healthcare system itself is guilty of such discrimination. Sometimes POC and marginalized groups find it difficult to trust providers.
Yes. I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin. This means that I can only provide services in the state of Wisconsin, even for telehealth virtual services. I am also a board-certified art therapist.
Art therapists have a graduate degree in art therapy and an undergraduate degree in either art, psychology, or related field. To become credentialed, art therapists need to practice under supervision by a board-certified art therapist for 3000 hours. It is worth the long journey.

I am available for a consultation if you are interested in EMDR. Here is an informative video.
